Torch is an intermediate to advanced RPG based on the Dresden Files, pulling heavily from the lore in the tabletop rulebooks as opposed to the books themselves. It is set in Baltimore, where a number of supernatural factions are struggling for control of the powerful ley lines that runs through the city.
